Believe it or not, I come to my own page regularly to look at my favorite recipes and tips. So this page is a way to keep track of some healthy tips I use regularly in the kitchen. I plan to keep updating it as I find more tips and hints I want to keep track of.
We love eggs, too much in fact, we always run out, but we buy chia seeds in bulk:
Egg Replacer = 1 Tbs ground chia or flax seeds plus 2-3 Tbs water
Grocery store baking powder often has aluminum in it, something I want to avoid so I make my own:
1 tsp Baking Powder = 1/2 tsp cream of tartar + 1/4 tsp baking soda
